When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, telephone number if given, subject and message. We use this only to answer you.

The server may keep ordinary technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and operation. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

We handle correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you and, where relevant, of pre-contractual steps you request. Consent is the basis for optional cookies, if any are introduced.

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and any legal duties, then delete them.

The General Chancery and, if needed, the people in the federation tasked with answering you may see your message. Hosting providers may process data as processors, solely to run the site.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and not to be subject to automated decisions. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time from the site footer (Cookie settings).

You may lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
